A: It's best not to play other games, but you can do it if you want. You can't play Dota but other games should be fine.
Q: Who will play on my account?
A: A high MMR player will play normal games to remove the low priority.
All our players are working under a contract, so there is no need to worry about safety, as we do not hire random players like other sites do.
We meet all our players face to face before signing the contract and talk with them about our strict general safety rules.
Q: Is it safe?
A: Yes, no bot hacks are used in the process.
Q: When does low priority happen?
A: If you abandon a game or get reported in-game you can get low priority.

A: When we start a job you will get the player's email so you can contact him about the progress, or you can contact us about the progress.
